Pirrung named ChristianaCare Cecil  Campus president

Joan Pirrung has been appointed president, ChristianaCare Cecil County Campus, Elkton, MD.

Since March, Pirrung has served in this position as interim president. Previously, she served as the chief nursing officer at Cecil County Campus and prior to that was vice president of Patient Care Services for Nursing at Union Hospital. She was closely involved in the integration efforts for both inpatient and outpatient services when Union Hospital joined ChristianaCare.

Pirrung joined ChristianaCare in 1993 and has more than 23 years of  leadership experience at ChristianaCare, which spans emergency, acute inpatient surgical and trauma services.

Andonian named Blue Coats General Manager

The Philadelphia 76ers announced that Ariana Andonian has been named General Manager of the Delaware Blue Coats, the team’s NBA G League affiliate. Andonian becomes the team's sixth GM and the first female GM in Blue Coats’ history.

Andonian will continue to serve as the Sixers Vice President of Player Personnel role, where she leads the team’s pro scouting department.

Before joining the 76ers, Andonian spent four years with the Memphis Grizzlies from 2020-24, where she most recently led the organization’s high school and international scouting groups as their Director of Player Personnel.

A California native, Andonian emerged onto the NBA scene in 2015 with the Houston Rockets as the organization’s Basketball Operations Scouting Coordinator.

Andonian serves as the successor to Jameer Nelson -- who was promoted to Assistant General Manager with the 76ers this offseason after serving as the Blue Coats GM over the past two years.

Current 76ers General Manager Elton Brand also served as Delaware's GM in 2017-18, while 76ers Assistant General Manager and Vice President of Player Personnel Prosper Karangwa spent two seasons in the role (2021-23) en route to the organization's first G League title in 2023.

WSFS names middle market SVP

WSFS Financial Corporation, the parent company of WSFS Bank, announced the addition of industry veteran Kevin Stach to its growing middle market team. As Senior Vice President, Middle Market Senior Relationship Manager, Stach will be focused on serving family- and sponsor-owned companies with revenues between $50-250 million for the Greater Philadelphia area.

Before  joining WSFS, Stach spent more than eight years in New York City as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager with SMBC Group before joining Bryn Mawr Trust as a Relationship Manager. Bryn Mawr was later acquired by WSFS.
