NAI Emory Hill, New Castle,  announced the sale of a 10,166-square-foot commercial building  at 423 North Broad Street in Middletown.

Rich Dudek,  represented the buyer, FourFields, LLC. The property sold for $1,025,000.

Built in 1900, this mixed-use building is on a 0.29-acre parcel.

The building currently houses 1861 Restaurant, a  dining spot offering seasonal Southern dishes and a bourbon bar.

The buyer plans to relocate their concierge medical and advanced wellness practice, Advanced Family Care, to the building. This practice, owned by Dr. Flaveé Banfield, is already located in Middletown. 

The buyer also plans to renovate the building inside and out, while modernizing it where needed for the current tenant and their future home.
