Rehoboth deli, Frank & Louie's, in partnership with Dave Gonce and Bob Suppies of Second Block Hospitality, will get a new name and new dining offerings.
The restaurant on Baltimore Avenue will be renamed Pazzo.
The restaurant will retain its sandwich menu and will add Italian specialties. Pasta sauces, buttercakes, cookies, meatballs and other items will be available in a refreshed, walk-in market.
Pazzo (pronounced PAHT-zoh) means “crazy” in Italian.
The changeover will begin on Sept. 29 with the restaurant reopening in mid to late October.
