WSFS names chief credit officer
WSFS Bank named Frank McGrane as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer.
McGrane’s responsibilities as CCO include oversight and administration of WSFS Bank’s commercial, consumer and other credit exposures as well as loan policies and procedures. McGrane most recently served as WSFS’ Deputy Chief Credit Officer and will be taking over for Liam Brickley, who is retiring.
Frank McGrane brings nearly forty years of banking experience in middle market and corporate relationship management, portfolio management and credit risk administration. Over McGrane’s career, he has held steadily increasing leadership positions across several financial institutions including Citizens Bank, Mellon Bank, Chemical Bank New Jersey and Irving Trust Company.
Tidemark names next CEO
The Board of Directors of Tidemark Federal Credit Union, Seaford, appointed Paul Steelman as its next CEO. Steelman will officially assume the role following the retirement of current CEO Pamela Fleuette in December.
Fleuette has served as CEO for 19 years, guiding Tidemark through a transformative era marked by growth and innovation. During her tenure, she oversaw the expansion of the Credit Union’s branch network, the introduction of new digital banking platforms, and the development of strategic partnerships.
Steelman joined Tidemark’s leadership team in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Young Conaway names leaders of Corporate Litigation Section
Young Conaway announced that the firm management committee has appointed James M. Yoch, Jr. to serve as Chair, and Paul J. Loughman to serve as Vice-Chair, of the firm's Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section.
James has practiced law in Delaware for his entire career after graduating from Saint Joseph’s University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. James joined Young Conaway’s Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section after clerking on the Delaware Court of Chancery.
He has spent his career focusing on Delaware corporate and commercial litigation. James assumes the role of Chair of Young Conaway’s Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section after serving as Vice Chair since 2021.
Paul focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
In addition to his litigation practice, Paul advises business entities and directors on matters involving Delaware corporate law.
Paul joined Young Conaway’s Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010. Before law school, he served in the United State Marine Corps and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.
Bayhealth names interim chief info officer
Bayhealth named Ron Belfont Interim Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
He moves into the role following the retirement of Rick Mohn who served as vice president and CIO.
Belfont has 30 years of technology experience and 11 years at Bayhealth.
Giusini-Tsoflias joins Branes and Thornburg
Brittany Giusini-Tsoflias has joined Barnes & Thornburg in the firm’s Wilmington office.
She joins the firm as of counsel.. Brittany will work with litigation partner Elizabeth Fenton.
Brittany represents clients in corporate governance disputes, fiduciary duty claims, shareholder and partnership litigation and contract and employment-related matters — particularly those filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other state and federal courts. She also has experience leading internal investigations and advising special committees on sensitive and time-critical matters.
Brittany earned her J.D. from Delaware Law School and her B.A. from Temple University.
Contemporary arts center names director
Brett Johnson has been named Executive Director of the Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts.
He began his career in Wilmington, DE, as Studio Programs Manager at the Delaware Art Museum. He later moved to the greater Washington, DC, region, where he served in key roles including Gallery Director at VisArts in Rockville, MD; Exhibition Specialist at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden; and Preparator at the Corcoran Gallery of Art - both in Washington, DC.
In 2012, Brett became Director of Visual Arts at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, VA.
Most recently, Brett served as Director of the Torpedo Factory Art Center and Curator of Artistic Advancement for the City of Alexandria.
